Weather: nice / Temp: 17 degrees / Wind: 2 to 3 HE
there after the past few days with warm weather, now a rather autumnal mood. High Cirrenwolken weaken markedly from the solar radiation, and so we arrive in the afternoon, only the 17 degree mark. We have to do a few errands and take our bikes for "Cabo de Palos.
we see from afar the impressive lighthouse of Cabo de Palos.
From the waterfront you have a wonderful view on the Mediterranean side of La Manga.
The waves in north-east wind is significantly greater than on the "Mar Menor" page.
the afternoon it is warm again, so we sheltered from the wind, the sun may well enjoy the T-shirt.

The beach promenade looks at the time of leave pretty.
windsurfing on Mar Menor (E) (Wednesday, 12/15/2010)
Weather: very nice / Temp: 12 degrees / Wind: 4 to 6 HE
We measure the morning only 10 degrees and it blows a tight north wind with 4 to 6 HE This is a wind chill of only - 1 degree.
You have to be a little crazy when you go surfing in those conditions.
With the right equipment and, above all, with a thick wet suit including hat and gloves should make it even downright fun to us John assures credible ;-)
also Lia and Franz are today with this, though the wind dies down gradually in the afternoon.
Judging from the expression for, it's still pretty cold.
We regret our decision to times today not to surf at least not.
windsurfing on Mar Menor (E) (Thursday, 16/12/2010)
Weather: very nice / Temp: 11 degrees / Wind: 3 to 4 HE
Bitter cold blows us this morning, a North West wind in their ears. We measure a mere 1 degree +. The wind chill at 4 HE (25 km / h) is even only - 10 degrees :-( And it should be warm, despite perfect weather, not more than 11 degrees, we can be there today over emphasize the surf worthy wind unused
..
wanted a long time we sometimes go to the Italians in Cabo de Palos "eat.
Since opening the " pizzeria / Restaurante Romano II " during lunchtime, we approve today for a pizza lunch exceptionally :-)
To come forward to take away: the pizza, the caprese and the freshly made tiramisu tasted excellent.
We in the vicinity of the "Mar Menor" only met in Los Alcazares "an equal pizzeria.

windsurfing on Mar Menor (E) (Friday, 17/12/2010)
Weather: very nice / Temp: 14 degrees / Wind: 3 to 4 HE
Although this afternoon surf decent wind blowing from the southwest, you see not one surfer in the "Pirate Bay" and this despite perfect weather :-)
The solution: It's just too cold, as that one for only 3 to 4 HE offshore wind the water goes ;-) We walk along the shore instead towards "Mar de Cristal."
Once again a new perspective on "La Manga" and the campsite.
Photo of the Day: Andorran flag at night to "La Manga" :-)
Andorra
The "Principality of Andorra is an independent mini-state (approx. 84,000 inhabitants) in a high valley of the eastern Pyrenees between Spain and France located. The official language of Andorra is Catalan. Particularly interesting: "Andorra" is the only country in the world, observe in the two foreign ministers, the head of state (the Bishop of Urgell and the president of France). We call this form of government with Dual power a dyarchy. "Andorra" is considered as winter sports and tax haven.
