Texelaar J. Roeper gets € 13,000, - planschadevergoeding of the municipality.
Roeper lives on the opposite site Limietweg The Triangle, near the roundabout
Ruigendijk-Postweg Eierland.
The camp was spread, and Roeper unsuccessfully protested against the well-
approval of the zoning change.
He fears for depreciation of its property and nuisance vehicles in the shoulder season in the park.
Roeper knocked to the municipality for planschadevergoeding.
The application was submitted to B & W Van Montfoort Consultancy, a
damages of € 13,000, - budgeted.
